By commissioning me you are agreeing to ALL terms stated below.
1. Payment must be sent immediately after ordering. The commission will not be started until payment has been sent.
a.) If I must cancel your commission at any time, you will receive a refund, excluding payment for the work that has already been completed.
b.) In a situation where you must cancel your commission at any time, you will receive a refund, excluding payment for the work that has already been completed.
c.) When claiming a commission slot, you will be given 24 hrs to send payment, and if it is not sent by the allotted time your slot will be deemed void and made available again.
d.) Payment plans may be considered for purchases of $100 or more, however not guaranteed. The commission will not be started until the full payment has been received.
2. Communication must be maintained, as best to the ability of both parties. If you will be unable or will have limited access to communicate, you must inform me, the artist, as I will do the same.
a.) I will provide updates with each stage of art completion, including; sketch, lined, colored. I ask that if you have any requested changes, please do so as they arise. Sketches are easier to change than a finished piece.
b.) If there is a time limit for finishing the commission, I must be informed when the order is placed, and before I start. Depending on the commission and the timeframe, I can try my best to get it finished, but there are no guarantees. If you do not inform me of the limit before I begin, I have the right to finish on my own time.
3. Artistic copyright will remain to me, the artist, at all times. This means my work can not be edited, traced, copied, or anything else regarding the piece itself.
a.) If a portrait requires editing, I can try to edit it but there is no guarantee. But please don't hesitate to contact me and ask.
b.) Regarding sales, copyright belongs to the original commissioner. It may not be resold, claimed, etc. If the dog is rehomed the new owner may receive it however it must not be charged for.
4. My style DOES vary, as a growing artist and as most artistic styles do. I will absolutely try my best to remain consistent however I can not guarantee anything.
5. USD and PayPal are currently the only forms of payment accepted. Virtual currency may occasionally be accepted upon approval however not guaranteed.
